14-day return window

At Pawloft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive the item.

Return conditions

Unused, complete, original packing when possible. Opened sprays that have been used on pets or home surfaces, and opened wipe packs that are no longer sealed, may not qualify as new.

Return shipping fee

If the product arrives damaged, is different, or not working, Pawloft covers return shipping. Personal-reason returns: you cover the label.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.

US warehouse packing

Partner carriers include FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL. Orders pack in about 1 to 3 business days. After the label is created, US delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days.

This catalog ships the eleven listed dog-care SKUs only. Volume discounts (Buy 1/2/3) apply automatically at checkout. We do not run subscribe-and-save boxes or free-gift promotions.
